REFLECTIVE MATERIAL

Reflectives are designed for use on safety, athletic, casual garments and accessories. They are composed of wide-angle, exposed, retroreflective lenses bonded to  different types of substrate. When properly used, these materials help enhance the visibility of the wearer in night time or low-light conditions when illuminated by a light source, such as headlights, by returning the light back toward the original source and reaching the automobile driver’s eye.

HIGH VISIBILITY

SEWN-ON REFLECTIVE FABRIC

Fabrics are composed of wide angle, exposed retroreflective lenses bonded to a durable cloth backing and are available in home wash and industrial wash constructions. They sew easily onto other fabrics and can be embroidered, or screen-printed for patches and emblems. Fabrics may be hand-cut, die-cut, slit or guillotined.

FLAME RESISTANT

With silver and fluorescent options. These tapes are UL Certified under NFPA2112-2023, the industry standard for flame resistant clothing for the protection of industrial personnel against short-term exposure to flash fires.

INDUSTRIAL WASH

Industrial wash trims are designed to withstand the additional abuse associated with rental uniform applications and other heavy soiled laundering. These solutions excel when you need added durability against high temperature, heavy mechanical and/or harsher detergent laundering.

HOME WASH

Improved wash durability, “brighter” aesthetic, Oeko-Tex Standard Class 1

FLOURESCENT

Fluorescent tapes and retroreflective material combine performance materials as enhanced visibility components. Applicable for users where there is risk of not being seen is present in daylight, twilight and dark conditions.

SILVER REFLECTIVE ADHESIVE TRANSFER FILM

Transfer Films are composed of wide angle, exposed retroreflective lenses bonded to heat activated adhesives. They are ideal for conversion into emblems, patches, logos and labels in a variety of shapes and sizes and are often used to make continuous laminated trims and piping. Transfer Films may be die-cut, hand-cut or laser-cut. They may be heat laminated to fabrics or backings using a heat press, roll-to-roll laminator, heat fusing machine or radio/high frequency (RF or HF) welding equipment. Transfer films may also have additional processed performed on them like colorization, screen printing, embossing, etc.
